Book a Consultation

EMIFA Immigration offers a one-time, 30-minute consultation regarding Canadian immigration options, for a non-refundable fee of CAD $100. This fee is to be paid prior to the consultation. Failure to attend or lateness will result in forfeiture of the fee. Should the RCIC’s services be retained within 15 days of the consultation, the fee may be credited towards additional services. The client is required to complete an Immigration Assessment form prior to the consultation. The session will be conducted either online or in person.

The advice provided during the consultation will be based on the current Canadian immigration laws and policies. This agreement does not constitute authorized representation; a separate agreement is necessary for such representation. The terms of this agreement are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable federal laws. Emily Fattahzadeh, a member in good standing with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), will adhere to its regulations and standards.
